Two main rumours are they’re being taught how to improv weapons like prisoners do shivs. They might go after high profile figures or landmarks. The other is that the black market has been planning for this within the EU but supply is drying up in urban areas because everyone wants to protect themselves too but the most law-abiding refuse to break the law.
